Hi, my name is Sandra

First of all, I would like to say - well done for taking that first step in considering counselling and taking the time to decide if you are ready for the next stage.

I feel honoured to being part of my client's journey, working through many different experiences and challenges, helping them to explore and discover their true selves.

My Story

Now a little about myself... I was born in the UK.  I have travelled to many countries, my favourite being Australia.

I spent 18 years in finance, 11 of those years working in London's city corporate world. After having my 2 beautiful children, I gave up my career in finance. I felt it was the right time for my family.

There were periods in my life when I suffered anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low confidence, and felt so alone until I sought help through counselling. By finding a good counsellor who felt I could connect with - we worked through personal experiences such as childhood issues, abuse, divorce, and bereavement, that I had stored in boxes and avoided dealing with them for so many years.

My personal experience of counselling transformed me, and grateful that I found the strength to take that big step.

After this, I knew I wanted to help others and so, I spent over 5 years studying to become a fully qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist.

I feel passionate and honoured to be part of this professional field.
