In-Person (face-to-face) Counselling

​You are invited to my home where I offer a private counselling room, giving you comfort to express yourself freely.  Box of tissues provided and access to toilet. Please be aware there are stairs.

Video (webcam) counselling

Video (webcam) / Audio Counselling

Using Zoom allows us to see each other as you would face-to-face but online, on a computer/mobile and in the comfort of your own home.  Seeing each other allows us both to experience the verbal and non-verbal communication. You can choose to have the camera off, if this feels uncomfortable for you.

You will need a private room.
